3.3 Members may not use the Business AI Alliance name, logo, or other intellectual property without prior written consent, which may be granted as part of membership benefits subject to separate guidelines.
4. User Conduct
4.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
4.2 You must not use the Site or any communication tools provided on the Site for any of the following:

5. Membership
5.1 Membership is subject to approval by the Business AI Alliance and is granted at our sole discretion.
5.2 Members must comply with the Terms of Participation as outlined in our membership guidelines.
5.3 Membership is on an individual or business basis, but the contributing individual from a business cannot automatically be transferred to another individual within the same organisation.
5.4 We reserve the right to revoke membership if a member fails to comply with our Terms of Participation or these Terms and Conditions.
6. Content and Resources
6.1 The resources, publications, and guidance provided through the Site are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice.
6.2 The Business AI Alliance makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Content provided on or through the use of the Site.
6.3 Members contributing content to the Site grant the Business AI Alliance a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the Business AI Alliance’s activities and promotion.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Business AI Alliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by the Business AI Alliance. The Business AI Alliance has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. 10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
The Business AI Alliance reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
